The Foundation will fulfill the very special wishes of any child that is a resident of Collier and Lee Counties who is medically eligible and within the ages of 3 to 18 with a life threatening illness which creates the probability that they will not survive beyond their 18th birthday.
How Do We Find The Children?
A child can be referred to us by the child's physician, nurse, or a social worker. A child can also be referred to us by their parents, or legal guardians. Should you know of any child who might be eligible, please ask the child's parents, legal guardians, or physicians to contact us directly.
